Tadsoul.6951
Blood magic has two traits in the same tier that fulfill the same purpose. [https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Life_from_Death](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Life_from_Death "https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Life_from_Death") [https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Vampiric_Presence](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Vampiric_Presence "https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Vampiric_Presence") This should be changed for better design. Good design for traits has choices between synergy not purposes Good design has good versatility for the trait line My solution Remove one or merge the two traits new trait Antibodies When you draw a condition from an ally, your next attack will transfer one condition. Your condition transfer attack cause bleeding. Bleeding2 4seconds

Lalainnia.3598
I personally enjoyed life from death as a power support scourge with a menders amulet it scaled up to about 3k hp when exiting desert shroud which was pretty nice on top of the 6k ish barrier provided by using menders amulet. As for the suggested trait change I don't think it would be the best idea to give anymore actual condi transfer to base necro which will only buff scourge even more since they just received great personal and team condi conversion with f2. Between Plauge signet the utility plague signet the trait, dagger 4, and staff 4 necro base necro has enough condi transfer.
mazut.4296
I disagree. You have a choice, that matter even more if you play support build. Either you have sustain siphons or decent aoe rez and heal on shroud exit.
ZeftheWicked.3076
One way or another life from death should stay. AoE heal on shroud exit with vicious healing power scaling is worth a master trait.
Belenwyn.8674
I would shift the healing and revival of Life from Death to entering the shroud. This would give the player a better control when using the shroud to support allies. I would even say that Sand Shades should apply the heal too. For Vampiric Presence you could add a barrier as soon as a player under the effect receives more than three conditions (iCD 20 s)

This will give barrier outside of Scourge and could make rather weak trait useful.

It used to be this way at some point before but in the trait change it was changed since the trait had 0 effect on yourself due to not healing you due to being in shroud. Tadsoul.6951
I thought about barrier after reading your post, I think it could be applied to be very different than healing, but the nature will still be similar to healing. i see blood magic theme of traits could be support bleeding dagger mh, oh and warhorn (not weapon trait)
