Launcher's Play Button is greyed out

Hi,

I've been downloading the game and passed the "Playable" point.

The "Play" button is still unclickable.

I'm logged in and tried restarting the launcher already without success.

Were are you trying to install gw2? I hear it have a problem going into c:\program and (x86) folder.

I'm having the same problem. (After to install BUILD 87120)

i found solution.

The problem is the internet service provider. It does not allow you to download the last file.

First, reset the file download settings.

--> Delete all file in C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2\

--> Connect your computer with your phone wifi or another connection and download last file

The button will be activated.
