TP network access denied

Trading Post, Gem Store and Currency Exchange all are blank and give me a network error, network access denied message.

 

Everything else in the game appears to be working

 

I asked in chat and no one seemed to be having this problem.

 

I deleted the GW2 cache folder as suggested here - https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/231273908-Trading-Post-Troubleshooting - and it did not fix it.

 

Submitted a ticket but thought I'd put it here, too.

Whilst awaiting a response, you might make sure nothing is interfering with the Coherent (UI) program, which runs the BLTP.

Thanks, but how does one do that?

Whitelist it on anti-virus programs, firewalls, etc.

Edit - It was the firewall.
