Srgzombie.4951 Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 My past experiences with the support team have been fairly quick, but I 've made a ticket for an e-mail change about 4 days ago and still didn't get any answer, has the support team changed ticket priority or has my ticket been skipped?
