Meretrel.3541
Hey guys! PvP is only thing I play in GW2, i'm not a pro and don't play often. And I have never had troubles with survivability (Guard, Warrior, Thief mostly)... until today :D I'm dying so fast, that when i downed i can't manage to cast Guard's push (second ability). I had to switch back to D\P thief to deal with new rifle thiefs, and if there are 2 of them... i mostly suck. So did anyone notice that new overwhelming damage? Was it intended, to make fights more fast paced or what? I didn't buy new expansion, but it seems that i have to, cause i see no ways to learn counterplay against new classes. Cheers, and sorry for imperfect grammar :)
Thor Rising.7850
New elite specs mean more people are running glass builds to test capabilities. Likely just less survivability on most classes to test the damage potential. In a few days meta builds will be created and sustain will likely return. Anthony.7630
If damage works in rated pvp why bother with meta specs ?
Burnfall.9573
"The new expansion has to be power creep, it needs to be overpowered, otherwise the game will not sell. In the end it’s all about profit, and to attract people in buying the game, players need to feel like they can not win well without it, therefore PoF will have another power creep.
