I was wondering, a lot of asuran cities are ratas ("Rata Sum", "Rata Pten", "Rata Novus", etc...), but some others are not (Quora Sum, by example). Is there a specific rule about this terminology ? I though that a 'Rata' referred to cities that arent underground, but Rata Novus and Rata Arcanum prove the opposite... Thank you in advance.
