They don't fix bugs with it, they aren't responsible if it messes up your game, self explanatory

That means if this tool causes any harm, Anet won't help you. If ArcDPS dev decides to put non compliant update, you risk the ban and Anet is not gonna help you.

At this point Arc is said to be allowed however Anet doesn't do compliance check for every update meaning players need to trust deltaconnected that the tool is safe to use.

Which will never ever happen. If Anet banned all arcdps users, they can shut down their business at the same time.

It would work like with BGDM. They didn't ban people the day this tool happened to be non compliant but if people keep using it after multiple announcements that it's no longer allowed, there may be consequences. However most likely scenario would be that arc stops working after it's abandoned unless its creator decides to intentionally release non-compliant updates.

Anet don't even know who's using arcdps, therefore there can be no mass bans if the tool should get corrupted.

Even if something like that were to happen, ANet would give us a warning and a fair amount of time to stop using it. Plus, this is really conjuring up unrealistic scenarios for the sake of it. Worst thing that could realistically happen is deltaconnected to quit and stop supporting the tool. Which would be a pity, but that's all.
