Darkness.3942 Posted April 1, 2018 Share Posted April 1, 2018 I've got no official proof showing otherwise, but wondering if anyone might've recently dug deeper into Elisa's inventory since the update, or perhaps a Dev can put behind a confirmation its not gated say, behind bounty farming (with a pitiful drop rate I might add) or heavy rng gambling with cache of the traveler?
