That's how the wardrobe has always worked: you need to have the skin on _some_ character in order to unlock it. Which skins do you think you're missing? You can (a) log on to each of your characters, which might trigger the unlock (b) start a ticket with support: name the skin and when you think you had it (and how it got deleted); they _might_ be able to help you, depending on the circumstances Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You only unlocked the skins you were currently using and the most recent appearance of those items before their current appearance. Hibiskus.8294 Posted April 10, 2018 Share Posted April 10, 2018 2 thing i could think off, when someone is getting rid of permanent tools: 1: Bank tab space, some ppl unlocked all bank tabs and still have storage problems, they delete permanent tool that they use not that often... 2: deleting an old character wich you never use, when you forget what he has equipped / in his bag, then it is gone.....
