I assume you are talking about the WvW exclusive tracks?

- You get a GoB at the end you will need for legendary crafting (either a weapon or a stat swap WvW armour piece); on the way, you get various mats you need for that (Obsi shard, memories etc. + an Amalgamted Gemstone which is very hard to get without HoT-PvE play);

- You get quite a few siege loot boxes, but most importantly the choice of an exotic triumphant armour piece; Those exotic pieces unlock the ascended versions (which you can later upgrade to stat-swap legendaries), so you need to finish this track 18 times to unlock every armour; all triumphant armour have all available stat sets to chose from, which is not common for stat selection

- again, lots of siege blueprints and a hero weapon in the end; Those hero weapons are only of the rare variety, so you most likely want to get those for the skin only or if you are a completionist

- Legacy armours in the final chest as all of exotic quality pretty much the same as the triumphant track; those exotic pieces again can have all the available stats and some of them can't be optained otherwise (unless you are a PvP Veteran and had them unlocked before the wardrobe update

I like the LS3 reward tracks for the currency.

Historically, I've saved up the daily potions for Wintersday for gold. Otherwise, @"Gorani.7205" has excellent recommendations.

 

Other options:

* Non-repeatable reward tracks (for the 7-clover that most of them dish out at the end).

* Dungeon reward tracks (for the AP from completing the respective collections)

* Heart of Maguuma (for the map currencies, if you don't do there for PvE)

* Maguuma Wastes (for geodes)

* Crystal Desert (for collection skins)

an addendum to the Dungeon tracks:

If you are not a happy regular dungeon runner in PvE, I would consider doing the tracks a few times to get 500 tokens to be able to buy the legendary crafting Gift from the dungeon vendor. Cruicible of Eternity and Arah are two dungeons I personally never liked and used PvP/WvW to finish collections & gain tokens.
