Is it possible to upgrade from standart PoF to ultimate?

So I bought PoF standart edition last week. I'm enjoying my time in the game. It would be great to directly upgrade standart to ultimate but I couldn't find it anywhere. So it's locked when you made your decision?

You are right to upgrade you have to talk to support for a refund then buy ultimate after.

You can upgrade to Deluxe within the game, but you can't upgrade to Ultimate.

As above, you will have to obtain a refund, and re-purchase.

Well I know I can request a refund and buy the ultimate. But thats dumb. I really don't need the extras. But at the price of 4000 gems extras come free so thats a profit on my side. Most games allow upgrading without any penalty. Well I don't mind if they don't need my 50$. Because If I just buy the gems now I will feel punished for deciding my investment later. Thx for the answer btw.

If you don't want the extras, and want to spend $50 more for the Ultimate, you can always just spend $50 on the 4000 Gems.

It's up to you. (The refund merely the matter of a request to the CS Team.)
