Zibbles.6349 Posted April 26, 2018 Share Posted April 26, 2018 Is the full extent of the Guild Wars world known? Is there space for unexplored continents and hitherto un-found island chains? Or have there been extensive efforts to map the unknown by some of the npcs? If there's still space to explore that is yet unmapped, any chance of exploring those areas at some point? So it's not a case of written in stone, but ArenaNet has provided some show of what the whole world looks like. EDIT: For the interested, [this is a fan-map version](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/File:Tyria_world_fan_map.jpg) that has the labels from the Season 2 map written in legible English. Ruadan.9301 Posted April 26, 2018 Share Posted April 26, 2018 There are canon sources that prove that Tyria (the planet) is a lot more vast than what we have on the world map ingame. There are even some other continents (not Cantha!) that we've never been to. I do not believe we will really get a lot of payoff on these during GW2's lifespan, but you never know!
