As for what I've heard glint/jalis for staff/hammer backline in wvw zergs, glint/shiro for roaming, mallyx/glint for more condi management. For pve mallyx/kalla mace/axe (shortbow us optional) deals the most damage in a group setting. You can get away with wvw set ups as well, jallis offering better sustain and aoe than shiro.
