Those are _not_ ascended weapons, but Masterwork (i.e., green). @OP: As you correctly stated, there currently are no collections that will give you an ascended weapon without involving some sort of crafting. All the spec weapons[https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Category:Specialization_weapons] can be obtained without crafting. Any crafted materials required for these collections can be bought from TP. You probably need Baubles for those skins, and not everyone likes to play SAB, so an alternative for those who can't craft ascended gear would be nice.
