Upgrading to HoT

I am a new player, I purchased gw2 PoF for 14.99$, but I did not know that HoT was not included on it, now that I want to get Hot for the 10$, I am not sure how to get it.

Can somone help me, please?

Well if you bought pof within 30 days you either A ask for a refund in a support ticket on pof and buy the bundle from web page (not in game) now but dont apply bundle to account before your pof is refunded.

Or B put in a suppor ticket wait just as long and hope they can sell you hot at the discounted price.

It all depends on how much money you can have spend mate, you should get it with either a or b but a option is 100%.
