Did any bug in my ticket?

I submitted a ticket several days ago,and the last activity time updated a day later. But i didn’t see any response in my ticket. I have no idea why updated the date without any response. Buged so response didn’t reach me? Or something I don’t know.

Could be either. Could be that a CS person is working on it, but the issue isn't resolved yet -- the work was just "confirm the issue, sort it into the appropriate queue" or something.

 

Your best bet is to ask for a status update in the ticket itself. (Not a new ticket, add it to the current one.)
