Could be that a CS person is working on it, but the issue isn't resolved yet -- the work was just "confirm the issue, sort it into the appropriate queue" or something. Your best bet is to ask for a status update in the ticket itself. (Not a new ticket, add it to the current one.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
