Neural.1824
Since Arenanet has deemed to make changes without telling the users what the changes are, is there an older version of the ToS and Privacy Policy (previous to today's new versions) that can be accessed so the differences can be extracted and compared? (edited to tame things up)
Ayrilana.1396
You can just read the new policy which you get prompted to do every time they update it. If you disagree with it then don’t accept. I personally haven’t seen any company give out change logs although some may very well do that. It just doesn’t seem to be a common thing. What you need to realize is that whether or not any changes are indicated in the change log, you’re still bound to the entire agreement if you choose to accept. Inculpatus cedo.9234
The venue for jurisdiction used to be Texas, and now is Washington. Not sure when that changed. You can use the Wayback Machine to peruse any other differences, I would imagine. Good luck.

Neural.1824
Thank you for the links. @"Inculpatus cedo.9234" If that's the only change, it's likely that Arenanet updated their official business location or something similar to that, which probably changed the requirements for how they state things in the ToS. I realize my original statements probably came across a lot more acidic than my intent, but for once I can state that it's not directed at Arenanet directly, but more at corporations in general. Constant changing of langauge in terms of service which require a lawyers assistance to read through with no indication of what has been changed is getting to be too common in an era where companies are constantly trying to find ways to work around current privacy laws, etc.
