Second tick of false oasis is broken

I was recording some test videos of how poorly I'm playing Mirage when I noticed something odd about the false oasis heal.

The second healing tick is always too low.

In this one fight, I used the heal three times. The normal tick is 1638, and I'm seeing five ticks each time.

In the combat logs, and in the floaters on the screen, you can see how three failures in this one video.

In the first heal at 6 seconds in, the second tick does 852.

In the second heal at 34 seconds in, the second tick does 1048.

And in the third casting of false oasis at 1:01, the second tick does only 328.

 

I never have poison on me in any of these cases. The second tick never gets me to full health (and in fact, the third through fifth ticks all heal for 1638). I noticed this on one other video, but it didn't sink in right away. This heal is quite neat, but it's a bummer not to get the full amount.

I have tried myself. This heal is indeed bugged.

 

Sometimes I don't get full heal on second tick. Sometimes I only get 4 heal ticks!

 

No wonder this heal feels so weak.

Today fix in patch notes:

 

Mirage—False Oasis: Fixed an issue that caused this skill to sometimes heal for different amounts on each pulse.
