I propose this replacement: Grenth's Balance: Deal damage to the target for and nearby foes based on the target's current health. _Deals more damage to the target and less to nearby foes when health is high. Deals more damage to nearby foes and less to the target when health is low._ So it's a strong nuke when used as an opener, and a strong AOE when used as an execute.
