[EU][Raid][iP][Static] Semi-Hardcore guild looking for a DPS main!

Immoral Paradox is now recruiting new members for a static group on EU server. We are a small raid guild that only contains raid group members, but we still value community. We are looking for experienced players that are interested in pushing themselves into advanced raiding tactics and striving to constantly improve. Everyone in the guild have from 1000-1500li.

 

* We will have a trial period.

 

Discord is our main communication platform and everything we do will be written there.

 

**When we raid:**

 

* We would like to do raids 2 times a week, **Monday** and **Wednesday** at **19.00 CEST**.

* **Monday** will be full clear.

* **Wednesday** will be a practice run, if we need - where we further improve tactics, skills and synergy. These are the main days. Raids outside of these days are not obligated to join.* *

 

**What we offer:**

 

* Training into advanced raiding tactics. (approximately once a week)

* Knowledge about classes and raid encounters.

* Weekly smooth clears (Wing 1-5).

* Friendly environment.

* Achievements -and CM runs.

* Guides.

* Everyone has Voice in the Void

* Other guild activities like fractals, dungeons or eventually guild missions if people want them.

 

**What we are looking for - requirements:**

 

* **Experienced people that know the basic mechanics of all current wings.**

* Full ascended gear/weapons on all the classes that you sign up with.

* Meta builds from SC.

* Discord and microphone - we would like you to communicate.

* Have the desire to raid and socialize. We are looking for people who are interested in iP being their main raid guild, this is not an LFG guild for weekly clears.

* Non toxic players, be friendly, nice attitude, - we want players who wants the best for the guild.

* We have an age limit at 21+. (Flexible)

* People that want to join for other activities and join discord for fun.

* **At least 500 Li.**

* Players that aim for constant improvement.

* You have to be able to take, and give constructive criticism in a good way.

 

Currently we are looking for 1 DPS main. We require you to know your classes that you sign up with. We require you to be able to play different classes depending on the encounter.

 

**We require you to be able to play at least:**

 

* Power Holo

 

* Condi Renegade

 

* **We will trial you on the golem with the classes that you have signed up with.**

 

We also require you to be experienced on the other classes that you play. You have to have more than one role that you can play, that will make it easier for us to eventually swap you around if needed, but you get trialed on the main.
