Best cutscene in GW2 history [Major Spoilers]

I was totally getting some Doctor Strange Time Stone vibes from it, imagining that's like what he saw. Which kind of took me out of it, but was also an enjoyable connection to make.

It was a beautiful cinematic that gave me goosebumps. Watching it again, I got goosebumps. I think this was the first time a GW2 cinematic managed that.

I don't think it tops Joko's monologue, but it doesn't need to, since it's impactful in such a different way. Aurene witnessing her own death hundreds of times, throughout a multitude of scenarios and possibilities, until she just broke and fled from the pressure that Eir was putting on her.

I tip my hat to those who made this cinematic.

I was definitely getting that too, though it didn't break immersion for me.

I agree, this was probably one of the best cut scenes they have made in gw2. It actually paints kralk in the awe inspiring way elder dragons should have been painted. No matter the scenario, number of allies, or power of technology, kralk will always win if we fight him head on.

i really loved this episode, the instances are fun and diverse and aurene's cutscene is incredible both in visual and audio.

I couldn't even work out what was going on. It was just a melange of indecipherable images. It was only after it ended and Aurene fled that I found out what I'd watched.

Whoever did the score for that deserves a steak dinner! It was _excellent!_ Probably the best music to come out of this game since the HoT main theme.
