zKing.8214 Posted October 5, 2018 Share Posted October 5, 2018 Now that i have my account back(took 3 days for them to get my password change to me..) I don't have the expansion anymore??? I literally have the serial number(which doesn't work in the redeem code) and receipt for the $99 Heart of Thorns expansion sitting in my email yet my account is telling me i have no expansions.... Anyone else this happen too?? Can anyone reassure me they will give me my expansion back? I just got into the game, ready to buy Path of Fire, and now this..... So irritating. Or, in the past, that you applied the Serial Key to the correct account. You can update your ticket to ask the CS Team about the issue. Good luck.
