Amaranthe.3578
I just cant comprehend these guys, the moment something goes wrong they start blowing up like a junkie in withdrawal. It doesnt bother me none but I do kinda feel sorry for these people since all they are doing is bringing down an early stroke /heart attack on themselves. Why do people who cant handle the simple emotions that come with competition choose to compete? o.o"

Buran.3796
Low population degrades the proficiency of the matchmaking system (specially since the ELO/Glicko systems are designed to evaluate performance in 1 vs 1 matches, they don't work sampling the scores of 5 vs 5) so oftenly (very, very often) the game pairs two teams which "similar" hypothetical scores but one curbstomps the other. So, the game keeps pairing terrible unfair teams, which after 3-4 minutes became very apparent. When happens time after time people loses the patience, specialy due the game lacks a give up button. Due the flaming less people keeps playing so the matchmaking performance keeps working worse and worse which leads to more salt and less players... Is a vicious circle. Simple solution : break that vicious cycle, let's all be kind and fair towards each other, build a great community that would attract New players who idealy would not be too demanding on balance issues, then enter a virtuous cycle that would attract even more players to the point Anet would be forced to implement a fully dedicated PvP/balance team :)

You also must have in consideration that if a player feels that is constantly paired to play against foes too tough while teamed with fellows too weak the easiest way to achieve balance is to lose fast, fall some tiers and remain is a ladder in which the chances are at least 50%. You earn the same rewards with a 50% w/l ratio in platinum as in bronze.

Alin.2468
The new generation is extremely lazy. This new generation of gaming kids: * do not like to enjoy a game by teaming up with others through voice chat, like first MMORPG generations would, even though now voice chat is free through Discord. * want rewards fast and easy. * don't appreciate the hard content. * want to skip the content fast, to save time. * enjoy farming and doing the same content over and over for days, just to get gold and items. * have no appreciation for the hard work of developers. * target the legendaries since day 1. * want the best guilds and raids without teaming up and knowing one another. * have the illusion that "looking for group" is not playing alone, thinking they are actually play in a team. * consider friendship is obtained through LFG by barely communicating in writing. * dream of leadership just because they are commanders in maps like Silverwastes. * have a strong desire to be winners and leaders in PvP 5v5, with randoms. * consider themselves as gods, and then they leave the game because gods get bored of the same game.
