Chances are the rock dog wouldn't even be able to reliably pursue the enemy. Per the Wiki, the summoned rock dog doesn't attack very frequently, so since shared stance duration is so short (3 seconds for Vulture Stance, 4 seconds for OWP), you would probably only benefit from like 1-2 procs in an optimistically realistic scenario. Ever since that PoF story instance with the Awakened I would love to see that kind of tech somewhere else, this would be the most sensible way of doing that.
