I mean it's great that _I_ can see them, but it would seem this kind of thing is more for public viewing (without having to go look up someone's forum profile page). Maybe it's just me. It seems like a nice feature at first, but all it does is encourage people to spam and trade reactions for the badges (would not be surprised if there's an "upvote me" thread starting soon for the sake of the badges. It's basically the forum equivalent of the 'achievement' some games give you for completing the tutorial (or in at least one case pressing Start to access the menu after the game has loaded). They should also make some for those that have GW1 Accounts and titles/achievements one has completed in game. However they might be endeavoring to keep the forums/game separate.
