Remove earth runes from pvp

Let's be realist, people use earth runeset because they don't want to die suddenly from range attack, when the greatest threat will shift to something else people will slowly move on to a different runeset and earth runeset will be forgotten again. Earth runeset proc magnetic aura since forever, the only reason it's used is because people got pissed off being killed in second by invisible deadeyes from who know where.

 

The proper course of action is for deadeyes to shift the way they play in PvP, forsaking the long range gimmick in favor of some close range threat.

This rune came out to life when cello made a build for his ele, the main reason was the toughness to match with menders amulet stats and the 10% heals, the reflection is really a plus. Happens that deadeye, the dumb ones at least are shooting 11k+ in their face and getting mad, but dont worry this are the same ppl that couldnt stop hitting full counter, or maybe we should worry cuz fc ended up getting nerfed.
