apharma.3741 Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 The thing is quickness won't make a huge difference depending on when it's activated during shackling wave which is a 1s cast. Let's say you get quickness at 0.25s into the cast. 0.75s are remaining on the cast and quickness speeds this up by 50%. This means the skill will complete in 0.5s instead of 0.75s. The actual difference is going to be 0.25s or even less depending on reaction time. Either way if the opponent was going to dodge it they would dodge it anyway unless doing some really really high level timing of skill landing to the exact end of an evade frame.
