Grant resistance, alacrity and quickness to nearby allies for 3 seconds while in combat. (Cooldown: 20 Seconds) It would fit right into the current state of WvW, don't you think? (Cooldown: 10 Seconds) Yeah but deadeyes are immune to reveal though. Edit: Oh yes marked is different though. Yes this is a good rune. The cooldown seems a little long though.
