Improve champion scaling so that events don't lose their challenge?

In hindsight, I realize the poll should have been anonymous, because there's a very real possibility of people being judged of their vote because of the various biases that have been mentioned before in these forums.

 

I am guessing that was a greater oversight than the perceived bias in the poll wording: the implicit bias of those who can see how we voted.
