Would you want mat; non-bright versions of Legendary Armor (with effects)?

Hey, so as the title says. Would you want a non-shiny version of your legendary armor but still keep the special effects?

 

The Legendary Armors tend to be made of some weird material that doesn't allow to paint them dark because they are gray anyway. I'd like to see if people are interested in having, let's say - something like _Refined Envoy Armor_ but with special effects and stuff. Same for PvP and WvW Armor - just like they have the alternatives of no-wings versions.
