Balthazzarr.1349
ANet made changes to them and I have to wonder what the heck for. Does anyone actually use them???
Justine.6351
I used to 100 years ago when I played condi longbow (sun spirit) but I stopped playing that when they gutted Sharpened Edges to be weaker than other classes' minor traits.
Zephyra.4709
WvW ranger spirits? Almost as useful as slotting Fear Me on warr... not worth taking up the bar slot.
Kovu.7560
The changes were intended for pve. Spirits stopped being relevant in competitive play (especially wvw) when they removed the spirits ability to, you know, move. I will _on occasion_ see a ranger with a single spirit in pvp, but they're probably just messing around at that point. I can't speak to the balance in pve, but I'm told that because now the already powerful Druids can more readily heal their spirits for additional CA generation its a sizable buff. ~ Kovu

Balthazzarr.1349
The spirits now will move when used instead of staying where they started. So it peaked my interest.
