lvl 80 boost weapons

after just i normally level my main necro up lvl 80, i wanted to experiment with lvl 80 boosts on alt necros. after using the boosts, i noticed the dagger, scepter and staff were upgraded, but not the axe, warhorn and focus and some minions were replaced by epidemic and spectral armor utility skills. does this mean my toon is optimized for the endgame? can i assume that mid range weapons for their condi damage and no or a few minions are favored in the endgame?

Not really, there is long way to optimize your necro for end game. Gear, setup and weapons you get from booster is just an example build focused of suitability.

They give you a decent enough build to get started nothing optimized
