Reaper PvP and wvw builds

Everyone seems to dread (wait for it) using Dread(!!) but I love it. Doing 10k crits on Svanir with the final hit from Death's Charge? That's double the damage on a squishy target and doing spin to win for nearly 17k on Svanir. And then still being able to be tanky? are you kidding me!
