You should never submit duplicate tickets, as that just slows the process; only update existing tickets. The CS Team allows 72 hours to respond during normal activity times; during high volume, it can take more time. They apologized for the delay and said they have been dealing with an influx of tickets since the announcement. It can certainly be frustrating, but they will respond.
