Sparky.5064
So I got the Sunspear Outfit and some letter with the two expansions I bought. Is there a way to also make newly created heroes have the Sunspear Outfit and this invitation letter and not just the Hero I claimed it with? Inculpatus cedo.9234
Outfits are part of the Wardrobe, which every character has access to. Press 'H' for Hero, then click the Outfit icon at the top and choose which one you wish that character to wear. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Outfit (The Wiki can be accessed via the link above, or in-game by typing /Wiki in the chat window.) Good luck.

Edit Oh the lily of elon pass you need to put that in a shared inventory slot you should have 1 then 2 after you used both boosters.
JustTrogdor.7892
If you are talking about the [invitation to "Lily of the Elon"](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Invitation_to_%22Lily_of_the_Elon%22 "Invitation to "Lily of the Elon""). That is a pass that allows your characters to access the VIP Lily of the Elon lounge. If you want to use it on different characters there are two ways. You can put it in a [shared inventory slot](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shared_Inventory_Slot "shared inventory slot"). Or you will have to put it in your [Account Vault](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Account_vault "Account Vault") (commonly called the bank) before switching to a different character and then remove it form the bank on the new character. As a note of caution since it appears you may be new to GW2, should you choose to delete a character do make sure you put all items that are not soulbound in your bank first. That way you will not lose them when you delete the character.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Anything that is account-bound can be used by any character (unless weight-restricted, such as Armor). Do try to level a character naturally, and pay attention to the tutorial that appears with each level-up. Also, as noted above, the Wiki is a great resource for all things Guild Wars 2. Welcome to Tyria, and good luck.
