I will just assume my account is lost since support does not seem to care about who the actual owner is. Peace out guys, hope you guys have better luck with this company. The waiting time is not abnormal, unfortunately. I still think you WILL get a reply of Support and -if you can prove ownership of your account- get your account back. If not, the CS Team may be responding to that email, and the 'hacker' is usurping said responses.
