7 year old account, no Anniversary Achievement Box?

Created my character on pre-release from buying the collectors edition, the 7 year anniversary achievement is unlocked on my account but I did not receive an Anniversary Achievement Box. Can anyone help me with this?

The achievement triggers when you get the Anniversary Achievement Box. Did you already get the gift on another character? You only get that big box once per account.

The achievement box is obtained on a character's seventh birthday. If you've deleted your oldest characters, your achievement box will be delayed.

I've searched my inventory several times. I don't see anything resembling the box or contents. Like I said, I'm on my character from pre release, or the head start, whatever you want to call it. Guess I need to put a ticket in.

Have you received any mail or cleared your mailbox to ensure delivery?

1- you receive the gift on your oldest char

2- you receive the gift at the TIME of making your char ... for example... if you made your char at 8PM, you will get the gift at 8PM

Have you tried tipping in /age to see what comes up? Take the days total and divide them by 365. Any pre-release character should be coming up with a number above 7.

 

If that is the case and you haven't received a gift, write a ticket.

 

EDIT: also what Rendulf and MetalGirl said, clear your inbox and character age is tied to time of creation on that day.

Did you accidentally put it in the bank? This morning I double-clicked on something I got in my character's mail and it went straight to the bank. Good luck!

I got the achievement box but picked the wrong armor to unlock. Picked something I already unlocked since it doesnt tell you if its unlocked or not until after you select it.

It's very handy at searching your entire account for items and tells you **precisely** what toon(s) (or bank) has what you're searching for. You just have to create an API key here first then goto gw2efficiency to input it.
