Revenant utility skill swap places template bug

This has been ongoing for a long time, its been getting worse with templates though.. At least a year, they're probably not going to fix it. I have to relog to be able to change skills sometimes. Or they're in the right spots but it shows the wrong skills so I have no fucking idea what I'm actually doing.

PLEASE ANET IF YOU READ THIS THREAD. REVENANT COMMUNITY WANT THIS FIXED( me included ?) IT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ISSUE, FOR EXEMPLE IN 3V3 YOU CANT CHANGE BUILD BECAUSE OF THIS BUG THAT MAY RUIN EVERTHING SINCE THERE IS NO PRESTART TIME TO SWITCH SLOT.

This is still broken. Recent patch notes would indicate it was fixed and maybe it was partially fixed but skills still swap places for me regularly. Please fix better.

Have there been any responses from Anet on this? Maybe in a different thread or forum? My utilitys still swap locations frequently when changing templates... they don't save to where I put them. Pretty big problem because I often won't find out it happened until mid-fight :(

Still broken. My utility skills 7 and 9 always swap places when switching templates.
