Vladimir.6054
I go to submit a ticket for an issue I have in game. It asks me to sign in. I sign into my account and it automatically puts me on my account page. So I click the support page and it SIGNS ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Rinse and repeat. You have some really bad website coding going on I CANT submit a ticket while signed in to my account and I need a refund for a gem purchase. ArenaNet Staff Stephane Lo Presti.7258 Posted October 31, 2019 ArenaNet Staff Share Posted October 31, 2019 Hi, Next to the "Sign In" button, you should see a link over the text "submit your ticket anonymously". Using this form will allow you to indicate an email address where you can continue the discussion with our Customer Support team. Thanks
Inculpatus cedo.9234
As noted above, you can submit a ticket without logging in by using the offered 'Anonymous' option. Good luck.

Inculpatus cedo.9234
You have to ask the CS Team to fix it for particular accounts; that is, if the issue is on ArenaNet's end. Sometimes, it is; sometimes, it is not.
