Thats a graphics issue.

Most of the textures are missing. Definetly not supposed to look like that.

I have had this problem myself once...

 

In my case it was file corruption during a patch so some textures was missing.

 

All I had to do was "Repair" my game.

If this doesn't work try to uninstall and then reinstall the game again.

Should never be needed, just delete gw2.dat and launch the game. Fixes most issues. The GW2 patching system is great, but has a tendancy to bloat the dat causing random issues.

Deleting gw2.dat means you must download the entire .dat file (~45Gig) again; which, in essence, is re-installing the game.
