Exit to Desktop - freeze

I only can offer general advice: Be sure that your computer is in good and stable condition.

 

1. Check your disk for errors and reliability, if possible via a full-surface scan, then with a normal checkdisk.

2. Use system file checker to check your Windows system files for any corruption.

3. Test for memory (RAM) errors.

4. Update your graphics drivers if not done already.
