Ember.8510
I saw this player and thought their pauldrons looked cool, went to the bank wardrobe section to try to find them but they weren't there. I went through it all meticulously twice, then showed my friend and he also said he couldn't find them anywhere. So I guess it must be the case that some armour is not shown in the wardrobe? I never knew that, I thought it showed everything. But either way, does anyone know their name or anything about how they were/are obtained? Thank you! https://imgur.com/SxbPHAj

Raknar.4735
Luminous Heavy Pauldrons. To get them you need to have a character that is at least 6 years old, and then choose the heavy set of the Anniversary Armor Pack. You can choose one armor weight set every year. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Luminous_Heavy_Pauldrons https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Luminous_armor Edit: Like you already stated, the anniversary armors don't show up in the wardrobe until you have them unlocked

Memoranda.9386
Depending on character race, T2 Human cultural looks very similar. But that would only work for a human.
