There are players (especially new) that even haven't yet mastery needed to unlock this key or don't use it at all when they get caught in fight with Blood Crazed creatures.

Did you do all step in correct order as described in this link? https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/230515368-Managing-Payment-Information You should contact Support, if nothing else works as we on forum can not do anything and there is no costumer service on forum (in particular when we talk about security related matter as bank and credit card information are sensitive information). Use the red "Submit a ticket" box on right side of the same page (see link above) and pick the correct field for subject "Purchase and Billing Support". If you are logged into Support when you Submit a ticket, then you can keep a track of what is going in with your ticket (you should also get a copy to your email). Don't make several tickets about the same issue (as it will put your ticket back in cue). Only when there is something else that you need to talk with CS about then you can make a new ticket that isn't an update of your first ticket. Good luck! EDIT: Your title for this thread is incorrect as you actually want to change/remove and add new information for credit card as far as I understand it, so it isn't related to problems that other have had lately where bank ask for a 2-step verification during purchase. Suggestion would be: "Can't change/update stored CC information" or something like that.

There is no single best glyph as it really depends on what you want or need. For example, the glyph providing bonus Leather will be strong value, but you may prefer bonus Cloth, Wood or Ore Glyphs depending on your needs. > > As such I would suggest buying whatever the cheapest tools are when you are ready, knowing you can always buy and move around the glyph based bonuses. > > There are some very good and current videos on YouTube helping explain these Glyphs and providing you with detailed info on what might be best for you. @"BeastNHisHarlot.4865" All Glyphs are identitical to what is on Infinite Gathering Tools (those that are sold with a Glyph; there are also those w/o Glyphs - see wiki) and can be moved around each tool (those are only skinns). Most in @"Infusion.7149" list are also the best Infinite Gatering Tools. If gather iron in Thunderhead Peaks (there are a small group nodes for Iron close by eachother), then changing Glyphs from Skyskale Hatchling to a tool that gather iron will collect several of these at once, same when we talk about Syntheziser's that will find in WvW, in Home Instances and Guild Halls that are close to eachother. It cut down time that you would otherwise need to move from node to node. I will also add that Timekeeper's (33 % chance to collect all in one strike) is a very good option. When you are lucky it can happens several times after eachother cutting down time to gather. You can test these Glyphs by purchasing Enhanced Gatering Tools form NPC in Lion's Arch (see link for more places/NPCs). https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Gathering_Merchant

  6. Had same problem as other living in Sweden and I have purchased Gems for several year the same way through (Credit Card option) and with the same bank connected to card. First time since 2021 January that I had to go through a second verification step with mobile BankID (the system used both in Sweden and Norway as far as I know) where you confirm purchase with an QR code that you scan with cell phones camera (ANet could have improved that window so you don't have to scroll down to uncover that QR picture; window are too small to show all information above the surface of game). Everything looked to work as supposed too, but no confirmation window showed up at the last stage as it should (it show purchase ID number and possible to make recipe; and that an email will be sent). Checked this forum and found out that more ppl had the same problem, especially Scandinavia, but also other EU countries. Tried a second time and now it went through, so it works to some part. It might be that I didn't retry directly, but had a 5-10 min break before I tried again after checking that no money had been reserved or email had been sent. I guess the problem could be that Ireland (Digital River inc. handling payments for NCsoft/ANet and have main office placed on Ireland) have gained some trouble since Brexit also means that certain things work different then before within EU and the change in higher security for online trade which have been demanded from EC adds into this. Brexit have created a lot fuss for trading (as Ireland have a lot of digital companies located there) and how trading with EU countries should continue. It might be that Ireland (and Digital River Inc.) have more to do then normally because of all this.

I'm almost thinking it's just lag I'm seeing, I just wanna be sure it's not anything else. > At least check your settings in MS Windows for how mouse pointer are to be hidden when you are not typing (which impact games too), use a key to show a big circle around mouse when you can not find it on screen (it is an option in settings Windows for mouse pointer). Also make sure your mouse drivers are set up correct (if you use a gaming mouse or any mouse that have its own apps to controll settings for mouse like DPI). If you want real help here on forum give us information about brand and SKU (look under mouse where you usually will find this kind of information). Don't forget to tell us if you play GW2 in Fullscreen or Boarderless (Windowed mode is the same as Boarderless just it removes edges from being seen of Window for app/game). In Windowed mode (putting app/game above the surface of Desktop) it will use the settings from video card for Desktop (changing colours in video card drivers as an example will only have impact on apps that are run in this mode; not when run in Fullscreen mode and vice verse). This also have impact for how mouse cursor behaviour will change as when you move cursor over each app vs in when Fullscreen is active and its only game that have full priority from Windows (OS). To sum it up: we need more information if you want serious help instead of only blaming it on "lag".

Why don't you take screen shot of your gear and your traits so we can see what attributes, runes and weapons sigil you have equipped on your character? Don't forget that Engineer have kits both as utility skills and as Elite which adds another set of tools do get rid of conditions or to heal with a combo (blast fields or use whirl from skills). https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Combo Dodging in time is important, but also to use right skills and combo to gain health or avoid damage in time. You also need to keep an eye on boss Defiance bar and break it when it is possible. Use condition that do damage over time even when Defiance bar is blocking direct damage. The big heavy damage you need to dodge, but general you also need to have gear with enough Vitality (more HP before you getting in downstate) and Toughness reduce direct damage. Use NPCs as adviced above and buff them with boons (to keep them alive longer and work as tanks to take away focus on yourself, at least in Story mode). Sigil of Energy (which work on weapon swaps and for Engineer also on kits skill (when you enable or disable to replace your ordinary weapon skills #1-#5) and profession skills (F1-F5). https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Superior_Sigil_of_Energy Barrier from give you some short term extra HP from explosion. It increases Vitality from Power (10%). https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Blast_Shield It is a tricky fight, but possible to do if you have done it couple of times. Use YT to watch how other players have overcome this fight.
  9. > @"kaya.1902" said: > Thank you everybody for clarifying! If you read (see link down) here you will get a better overview of Living Story/World and what it contains as for story and mechanic when you do achievement that are in your Hero Panel. There are two section you have to look at there: one for story and one for achievement which is divided in categories. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Living_World Always buy episodes you lack from Gem Store as it cheaper then directly from Hero Panels Story section. LW/LS achievement will reward you with some ascended items and from PoF also larger Bag Slot (for inventory) that you can craft when you finish all story and achievement steps. (Achievement are account wide so you only get one item or Bag Slot this way, but can use which ever character to progress if you get stuck in progressing your story/achievement, in case you play mostly solo story.)
  10. > @"Balsa.3951" said: > Probably to late but please consider to give guardian a spirit pet, > > functioning like ranger pet but spirit based We already have "Spirit weapon". https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Spirit_Weapon I don't see any need for a "pet" running around as it needs to be controlled to be of any use compared to what we already have. With how our profession is based around three professional skill (Virtues) it would be hard to add skills to work with all three modes (Core, FB and DH).
  11. > @"Crackmonster.2790" said: > The skyscale would be so much smoother to move around if it didnt latch onto anything coming close to it automatically. > > Please turn the grab into an default ability. When i want to grap onto something it is only too easy to press a key - as it is now it graps onto 10 things by the time i actually want to grab onto something. Like you can't make any cool moves on it as soon as any edge is near it just grabs on instead of sliding on the surface like a normal interaction. Sounds that your problem are more in the older content with how core Tyria have been designed as maps and that area then in the new content (PoF) where Skyscale and mount where added into game. Latching happens more often for me when I fly with Skyscale a bit low above ground level where some trees and street lamps might suddenly block Skyscales flight. Change into Griffon in that case or any landbase mount and you shouldn't have too much issue with Skyscales behaviour.

Usually this is because the game has done another of its auto-zoom-in tricks. Oftentimes I can zoom out and see. > > But why make it so that the damage you're doing is so hard to see? You can control auto-zoom to some degree with larger Field of Vision (FoV) in settings. When camera get closer to give a cinematic impression, then you have more space and will not get as close as when in the closer FoV. Also don't get into first person view while you are fighting larger bosses like Ley-Line Anomaly even when you play melee character. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Options#Camera
