Nothing will be done here, you have to submit a ticket directly to support and they will likely want and need the info you no longer have. Good luck.

Maybe some 'core' roles need to be eliminated and it's time get off the fence, apologize for the mistake made by devs of GW1, and state GW2 will no longer allow it. End of conversation. Make better use of teams limited resources. Ditto for AFK farming. Quit being ambiguous please.

If the support team is busy it will take longer. Given the sale, a new living story episode, lots of support tickets etc, until they clear the backlog and get epi 5 patched up, they likely have their hands full. Can't see why they can't add a timer to the purchase, keep it 'hands free' from Anet unless something flags the account. good luck.

You have to wait up to 72 hrs to be allowed to buy gems ( as clearly noted on the purchase page ) and it has been know to take much longer.

New accounts are restricted. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Account see about 1/2 way down for all the limitations. e.g. "The trading post limits (ability to buy or sell certain items) is removed 5 days after purchasing an expansion." and " There is a 72-hour restriction on: Currency Exchange in the Gem store after account creation to combat botting and scams." according to wiki you have a few more days left, gems that were part of the package purchase can take up to 72 hrs but has been known to take much longer.

Sure some people (likely a minority but that is just my opinion, no facts, like your "a lot of others") may have asked for repeatable hearts, which is fine. Locking the vendors behind them was not, vendors should remain open.

There is a cap on the daily AP points (15000), after that you don't get AP for doing dailys.

Targeting system needs a whole rework.

Wasn't fixed, GW2 still randomly alt-tabs for no reason while playing the game (not during loading),

Targeting has always had issues in this game. It really needs a complete rework.

There is when AFK and non responsive to a GM. Search for it.

Outlier accounts acknowledged by Anet. If you have one you are out of luck (lol) for just about anything good making RNG broken for those that have a outlier account.

Search outlier accounts here and google.
