Then don't use axe 5 on a guard with retaliation. It seems like a very very simple solution to me.

Graphically GW2 has aged great. Anet made the right choice when they decided to focus on art style instead of technical feats. The only thing they need to do is make it so the game runs well on modern machines. I hope we get some optimizations for the EoD xpac.

Both bosses are fine. I did them on my first try after taking a long break from gw2. I'm not even a pve focused player. I didn't know any of the mechanics either, just used common sense. Big circles on the floor and seeing everyone move to the left? Maybe I should move to the left too. One cool thing about gw2 is how for well things are explained visually.

The lag is really bad on this map. I'm talking about 3-5 sec lag spikes every 5 seconds. Please look into it!

This is the best state the game has been in a long time, yet people are still crying. Its a shame.

But gw2 hasn't been a very skillful game in a long time. Its just been a dodge or die fiesta. I'd be inclined to agree if the tops were using builds that weren't meta and dominating. But that isn't the case. My opinion is this is the first time when we will see who knows how to play the game and who does not. Do not be surprised if you start to hear about many players you never seen before and the some of the previous tops just ninja vanish.

You get it! I don't understand why these people are trying to make a argument out of something like this. Its even stated on gw2 wiki that being able to dodge while attacking and dodge while disable is a unique feature of mirage cloak.

Yes, but mirage cloak breaks the design philosophy of the rest of the game. No one else can dodge while attacking or while disabled. So you give up one thing to get something else.

Ele nor thief really have access to it. Eles is random, thief's access is very conditional and it lasts for 5 seconds.

You can name as many as you like, but ultimately it would be a flawed thing to do. You can easily grab skills that are similar for comparison while ignoring the rest of each classes tool kits. The entire tool kit and what each class has access to explains why two similar skills perform better or worse than each other.

The only thing I can think of is some sort of penalty from cycling through tomes. Sometime like after using a tome you get a debuff, if you swap to a tome before the debuff expires you get -toughness or something. Its a difficult spec to balance because they do a bit of everything and they are good at it.

Probably because mirage has multiple invuls, evade, clone spam (that players have to sort through), blink and access to stealth. Not to mention the overall damage to all classes have been lowered. Finally the class feels normal. One dodge feels like the end of the world because mirage players have been riding the op train so long that normal just doesn't feel right.

Your english is great! I didn't have a problem understanding you. Yeah I think FB needs to be toned down, but I think it will be hard for them to do it. FB is unique in the sense that it can transition from condi to healing and support. The tomes present a big problem imo.

Man its almost 2021, everyone should be able to run this game at max settings with no issues. The game is from 2012, the engine is older. There is no excuses. Anet really needs to do something about it.
