why? most of us got the mounts when they were needed. with PoF. there's no use for them in vanilla gw2.
-
hardly going to change now, but i never liked their designs. their females look like underwear models, nad their males.... look like a gorilla.
-
personally i'd love the idea. ad any idea that lets us keep the game while improving the graphics and engine.
-
while i've never heard of subraces in GW2 it would be a nice easy way to add some more variety to already existing ones, since it's mostly smaller changes.
maybe a bit harder to implement storywise since we havent heard of alternate humans/charr/nord/asura, etc

yeah, I mean the whole thing about splitting maps into 2 was to have the episodes released faster than before. so if now they start having them every 3 or 4 months again, while getting half a map, I'd be very frustrated.

I don't think it's the same teams that handle both things though.

i doubt it, since IbS started we've consistently had a new episode every 2 months.

gw2 battlesystem spoiled me. it's just so fun!
also I love the amount of activities, jumping puzzles, map events, bosses, fractals, collections.
the only thing I wish we had more is more varied armor skins, an actual day/sunset/night/sunrise and weather system, and more towns/villages with actual houses you cna enter.

oh so the jade sea is inside the continent?
-
in 2 weeks more it will be already 2 months since the last episode was released, and 2 months is more or less the time between episodes, so we should get a new one, soon!
has there been any news on it so far? a release date? preview? information wether it's going to be a full episode or another memory from the past? :D

it's my most used mount. it's really versatile.
i do miss the griffon's speed though.
-
fishing, housing, boats and ships, mounted battles, including aerial.
-
i havent even noticed it to be honest =O

i mean it''s how GW2 adds content. with a lot of grinding.
but at least we get to choose on how to earn that exp.
I'm okay with collections when it has a story to it, like this one.

"people should know how to play right so they don't mess up in group content!"
"then let's teach them"
"NO, that's babysitting!"

tips on loading screens is something relaly easy to do, I wish we had them, even if many people won't read them, its not much work and can help a lot.
-
by some comments we would still be playing Atari games, since any improvement means some people won't be able to play newer games with higher requirements.
-
I hope we don't actually kill more dragons. There's got to be another way.

Don't know, does it add more lag to the zones where there's already a different weather? Like rain or snow?

It does. Very few things are actually impossible in programming. Most times it's just hard to do it. Even changing the whole engine IS an option after all, however unlikely.
Do remember they improved the engine from gw1 to gw2 though. And it was again improved for newer maps, specifically lights and shadows. So it CAN be done. The issue is if it's worth it or not.

that doesn't make it for GW2 impossible, just more unlikely. Only anet knows if it's worth it, and if it is (for most MMOs is IS at some point) when is it better to do it.

i'd love for a true day/night system with actual red sunsets and sunrises, and a good varying weather system too!

I've been doing the same puzzle without issues a few times before, but today it's absilutely impossible to do the Mystery of Bjora marches lighting puzzle. it is definitely not working as intended. It stops at some mirrors even if it is correctly placed (actually bounces of and makes the correct sound, and then disappears right after. The next time I tried it, it worked correctly. then all over easter Bjora, lights stopped appearing (and I was pretty fast so it shouldn't) then I went back a bit to see if I had messed up, and some more lights started appearing again out of nowhere, I had to go back to where I was and lights stopped appearing again. had to come back all the way to the begining, assuming it had stopped producing lights, and I see it was still making them.
it's a MESS, so I hope you guys can fix it, because it's impossible to work with it now.
Others in the ma were saying the same thing.

even if though the game works pretty well in my pc, I wish it was optimized further, specially for bigger events.

casuals are the most important to most MMOs, because they're the biggest demographic. please them and you'll have the most people happy. :)
