  4. Welcome to the club, you may take a seat next to mirage and teef :) Yes, i know, i am bitter. Jokes aside, i think the changes would be less tragic (at least from your view, OP) if necro and DH saw some adjustments (please don't bring up nova lol).

I will be just really really subjective and selfish here (because being objective is pointless anyway, only very few care about risk/reward and fair gameplay): - they didn't nerf teef -> whew O_o' - they nerfed other classes -> indirect, slight buff to teef -> wee O.o - DH bug got supposedly fixed -> yay O_O? - DH/trapper runes weren't touched -> yikes :s
  6. I actually have another suggestion: give it additional party quickness or alac in pve only. That might open new opportunities for thief in raids/fractals.
  7. I have to agree with OP. This was my experience on thief as well. No matter what build i run or how much i contribute i just get laughed at and mobbed by the zergs from my own server. Usually you don't even get chance to do anything - you just get instantly kicked because the truth is, every other class does everything better that thief could potentially offer to the zerg. So at the end we are either pigeonholed into roaming which end up in 1000 wvw threads asking to delete thief (yeah, how dare a class that was forced into roaming and build for it actually kill someone) or reroll something else. I personally NEVER got trashtalked by the zerg when i played other classes, NO matter how crappy i played. If however Anet support did their job then half of the wvw population from my server would be probably banned given how much i was griefed by them simply for playing thief.
  8. Any time. For leveling just look for social kind of guild with XP boost preferably. As far as end game content goes: it depends what you want to do. If you want to do fractals or raids, look for guilds that do trainings (very important or you won't get anywhere) and daily runs. If you want to do WvW (big scale server vs server pvp) look for guilds that focus on that kind of activity. If you want to pvp: having a guild there is not necessary but can be nice if you want to do automated tournaments. I would suggest to look on pvp forums for those. Also, rather then asking for guild in the starting zone rather look for one either in major cities (e.g. Lion's Arch or Divinity's Reach) or in dedicated forum section.

It even somehow led the devs to change thieves trap into preparations to be more thorough. Thief traps got removed completely. An immobile class that is definitely designed around NOT having stealth by all means (abundance of blocks, heal, regen, aegis, condi cleanse, team support, some hard cc and invuls) got really easy access not only to stealth but also superspeed - what could go wrong %D You guys may defend this all you want eventually thanks to this rune DH, not the rune, but DH will be nerfed, just other classes did because of this rune. I wonder though if you really will enjoy it. Remember how mesmers defended mirage on launch instead of admitting that EM was too good and giving constructive feedback? Yeah. Look where mirage is now.

I would add that i like condi cleanse from healing seed - REALLY useful when burning guards and necros are in dominating pvp.

  15. Did ATs yesterday and also have seen this in ranked. Multiple players on team just DC. Also, i am not sure wether it has something to do with ATs but we couldn't decap/cap point even though nobody from enemy team was standing on it.
