Looks like you can get Freshwater Pearls from these chests though not sure what the RNG might be on these. The few I have opened looking for the surveyor tools have not had them. 4-23 trade contracts are not bad. RNG on the surveyor tools not so great either. I got none on the 4 or 5 I tried yesterday.

Looks like the regular buried treasure is a better bargain than the superior buried treasure because of the number of trade contracts and the freshwater pearl....

That is pretty much what I am using them for right now.

Found this while traversing one of the new maps... I don't believe I have seen one before on any other map. It is these touches that makes exploring in GW2 so much fun.


Came back today while working on heart and Mahat was standing up instead of sitting but when I try to talk to him I still cannot interact. I get a flash of dialogue which goes away.

Unable to edit post.... It appears you have to do the shopping list in order to complete it. I found the helm (that clue definitely needs reworking) after that I was able to get the gloves and the skritt finally gave the boots after that.

Shadi's Shopping List gives hints to each item. I was able to get the sword killing a djinn. The clue for the helm really needs reworking as I was checking the caves under the waterfall... The boots are definitely bugged. The skritt you need to kill doesn't give anything. Several of us killed him over and over. I have not tried looking for the rest yet.

Same here. I was exploring and picked up the 'Awakened Intel' before delivering anything for the achieve. Hoping this gets fixed soon because this stuff is clotting up my inventory!

I found it east of the gate along the wall not so close to the gate.

I am trying to deliver the letter to him and I get the Talk but when I try to talk to him he just gets up and sits back down. I did the heart and tried talking to him with same result. I made sure no events were going on nearby and same result. I assume this is bugged because if there is something I need to do it is not obvious.

I suppose from your point of view everyone who does not like mini games are ones who want to "rush" everything and this is just not true. Some of us have disabilites that makes some mini games nearly impossible to do. I cannot do the chef mini game. It is impossible for me to be able to finish and I tried at least 20 times yesterday and I got close maybe once or twice during that time. I heard other folk in chat just as frustrated as I was. I was able to do the memory one by writing down each sequence so I could remember it enough to complete. Thank goodness that one was only 3 sets. I don't think anyone is asking for easy but the length of the chef one made it impossible for me.

What might be easy for one person may not be for another for a variety of reasons. I just feel they could have done better with the chef one.

Did one heart 3 times and continually getting DCed and rolled back with heart either not done, halfway done, quarter done. I do realize this is first day and hope they are able to get a fix in quickly.
