And at that point it ceases being culture skills if anyone can train them.

Think about it, if racials became -good-, then the demand for purchaseable race changes would go through the roof so people could pick the race with 0.5% more dps over all others. or youd see FOTM rerollers going for the 'perfect' race because their current one is 'worthless'. And decrying every other race choice as teh suck and worthless. Now we can choose to play what race we like out of flavor, without having this on top.

WoW is a good example of how bad it can go with racials.

I think you misunderstand. People constantly change races in WoW due to perceived notions of racials being subpar or OP. And I repeat, do you really want racials on top of having the best classes? So if you want to be an engineer, you have to be a sylvarri engineer or you are gimping yourself, could very well be one of them.

Look at WoW and the endless bickering about racial imbalance and how you need to be certain races to be optimal. Do you really want -that- here?

Long ago Anet advertised Especs as being a different way of playing the core spec of equal power. Hah, it turned into massive overinflated powercreep so most feels compelled to play their espec.

infact theyve nerfed racials in a few cases where they became too good, like sylvari

Is there a different talent setup for power revs now? I asume its the new trait with +5% damage.

The community went way over the rails in witch hunting and baying for blood. That is what i find utterly deplorable. Plenty of angsty edgelord coments that is disgusting to read.

Should note that you get downleveled in sub 80 zones to the upper cap of the zone. Its to make all zones relevant even at max level. so you have really no need to rush to boost.

Rank2+ as before, but now you add the upgrade patches before running through the options x10.

When I did Dwayna defence, all i needed to do was smacking the champion calling out, he was at the bottom of the stairs, nearly dead when I noticed it. Tag, bam, medal gained. It dies very fast.

Definitely not a popular legendary if the precursor doesnt cost more.
