He actually explained he was fully aware when he had been deactivated. Unless the whole machine body broke when cosumed by Kralkatorrik, he might be trapped in that agonizing state forever (unless the writers bring him back somehow, which I would welcome <3 ).

Could be an issue with your software firewall or antivirus. Try adding the GW2 installation directory to the list of exceptions.

Ahhh, yes, of course! _That_ would explain the "I can't see a difference, has it been nerfed?" feeling. Then again, I am certain that a while ago you could still feel the difference, as if it _was_ stacking with Keep effects...

I've got +20 on every character, but since I couldn't make a difference in WvW, I was hoping to get directed to an official statement that I might have missed or cannot find by myself.

From the responses on here, however, I take it that no one has read an official statement on this, so I must assume this is unintended and therefore will make a bug report. Thank you.

_If_ you have a cheap mouse, sure, throw it away (More plastic for the environment, yay! ;) ) and get a new one. If you own a gaming mouse, however, it doesn't hurt to carefully open it and clean it after a few years of usage (_if_ you start encountering issues like that).

You can no longer customize the same (ascended) Aquabreather wearing a Legendary Rune in more than one Equipment Loadout. The Legendary Rune becomes inaccessible in the other Loadouts/Templates when using "Customize". Instead, you must click a "linked" Legendary Rune from the Armory and equip it on the aquatic piece of armor instead.

Please fix.

Yeah, but during regular gameplay, you won't be having an experience like that. The Skyscale is much better suited for exploration and regular gameplay. The Griffon is more of a niche mount.

Have you maxed out the Skimmer mastery prior to this? I don't think you will receive the letter if you haven't.

P.S. Wiki says that in some cases the letter won't get sent, but you can still activate the achievement by simply talking to her. If that worked for you, I'd say forget about the letter.
